Locations Caroline Has Filmed At

Thank you so much to Alan for the photos of each location and the info about them.

I'm afraid I'e had revise what info I put in this section s that noone's privacy is invaded.

Look Me In The Eye

Photo 1 : Mario's CafeMost of the filming for the film, Look Me In The Eye was done in the King's Cross area of London, within a mile's radius. Photo 2 : Bollard

We've got photos of various places Photo 1 on the left is of Mario's Cafe. In this film, Caroline plays two characters, Ruth and Sian: Ruth is a teacher and SianPhoto 3 : Bookshop is a prostitute, and it is from the window in this cafe that Ruth sees Sian standing by a bollard (photo 2 on the right) on the opposite side of the street.

On the left you can find the photo of a bookshop used in the film. The bookshop is still there and the shop used as the estate agents is nearby.

Photo 4 : School

Photo 5 : Passage We also have shots of the School where Ruth teaches and of the passage where Ruth follows Sian.. The only shot of it in the film is from the side

The Bill

Photo 6 : Bosun House a.k.a. Sunhill police station Back on to familiar territory now, remember when Eddie first Rosie after knocking her off her bike just outside Sunhill station. This was actually filmed outside Bosun House, the studios where The Bill is filmed on the Merton Industial Park in Wimbledon (photo 6). Most of the sets are here, including the police station, the interior of St Hughes hospital and the courtrooms.

Photo 7 : The High HatCaroline later returned to The Bill after her character, Rosie, was called out to investigate an explosion at a club, The High Hat. You can see the side street where this was filmed in photo 7 on the left. I'm pretty Photo 7-2 : The High Hatsure that the the fence by the white van (photo 7-2 on the right) is where PC Eddie Santini (Michael Higgs) climbed over to escape the blaze and the building just behind it (the one that looks like half a building) looks very similar to one used in a shot of the building on fire, though I'm not 100% sure it's the same one.

Photo 8 In the episode Kiss Off, Rosie ended up following a suspect, John Ferguson, back to his boss' apartment. Photo 9The street she actually drives up is in photo 8 and then the street in photo 9 on the right. She parks outside the building in photo 10, where she's grabbed and held captive when Ferguson finds her warrant card and realises who she is. Photo 10The building has which she parked alongside has since been demolishged, and Alan thinks that the apartment where both Eddie and Rosie were held is nearby, and the rest of his info's been accurate enough for me to believe him. Apparently the buildings which could be seen from the apartment window are on the otherside of the Thames, so we can safely assume that Alan's right.

Photo 11 : Bridge over Surrey WaterAfter Rosie pushes one of Ferguson's colleagues down some stairs to escape she runs across a red metal bridge to be met by a panda car with PCs Sam Harker and Di Worrell followed by Vicky Hagen. This is the bridge that spans Surrey Water.
